Burlington Authors in Celebration of Canada 150

I went to the New Appleby Library on Friday night to see the Burlington Authors Canada 150 display, which celebrates literature from the Burlington area. Shelves of books by authors such as Linwood Barclay, Lawrence Hill, Marni Jackson, Ian Hamilton, Jennifer Mook Sang, Sylvia McNicoll and so many more. I found it to be truly awe-inspiring.

As this is a mobile display, watch for its arrival at your local branch. It will be at a different location each month, until the end of the year. I’m so humbled and pleased to be a part of it. A huge thank you to all the organizers of this project. For more information: Burlington.ca/Canada 150.
