Was so happy to lead an Introduction to Haiku Workshop this afternoon, at my local library. Wow, what an accomplished group of women who showed up…writers, artists, poets…A big thank you to Jennifer, Karen, Judy, Ruth, Linda, Susan, Wendy, Sylvia, and Diane!! March 31st, I had one of my haiku published in NeverEnding Story. Thank you, Chen-ou! Always an honour.
It was fun to come across one of my haiku on Glenn Ingersoll’s blog, “dareIread”, as one of the best poems of 2016. Thank you, Glenn!
So excited that I’ve pre-ordered Jennifer Mook-Sang’s picture book, “Captain Monty.”
Can not wait to read it!!
